We strive to provide the best customer experience, so we are willing to offer a complimentary redo or refund in some cases.
Please read this entire page before submitting your refund request.

Since our product is digital, we have implemented a few requirements to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.

• What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund
  • Refunds are not possible in the following scenarios:
    • Not Following Our Upload Instructions: We will examine your uploaded photos to verify that you followed the upload instructions.
    • Downloading Your Photos: To prevent abuse of the refund policy, you will be able to preview all your headshots before downloading.
      Once one or more headshots are downloaded, the refund policy no longer applies.
    • Time Frame for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

How To Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@alphaheadshots.com.
When requesting a refund, remember to include the email address associated with your order.
Refunds will be minus credit card fee of 3.5% or $0.48, whichever is more.

How Long Do Refunds Take:
We will review and respond to refund requests, in accordance with this policy, within 1-3 business days.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
